Synthetic, chromogenic Thrombin substrate for the determination of the thrombin activity or of the inhibitory anti-FIIa activity. The substrate can be used for the determination of LMWH, UFH Potency acccordiung to European Pharmacopoeia 8.0: 01/2014:0828 (LMWH), 8.0: 01/2015:20705 UFH, or US Pharmacopeia USP 40(208) for LMWH and UFH Potency.
